"Becoming pregnant has really changed my perspective..." meet @emilyaharrington "It's always been a pretty selfish pursuit and I've always held onto my abilities as a climber and an athlete as my identity and self worth. All of that has had to shift quite a bit over the last months and it's felt really difficult in some ways but I've also found so much joy in just being able to climb for the sake of feeling a bit more like myself and the joy of the movement as opposed to always trying to push myself and perform like I am used to. It's been both beautiful and a struggle as most worthwhile experiences in life are.
