Here’s the formula we did today: Partial foil 1:1.5 20 vol bleach Matrix Rinsed out in sections Added a shadow root - level 10N (neutral) Redkin Shades Overlayed with clear gloss Bass bumped eyebrows with 9AV Matrix permanent 20 vol I go to Abby at Bobby Cooper Salon in Indy! We didn’t cut it this time but you guys always ask what I ask for when I get my hair cut!
