MARK YOUR CALENDAR! ❌ On June 14th and 15th, we’re joined by the absolute brilliant Alejandra Espinoza from @somos.rest in Quito, Equador. They are known for their amazing Contemporary Equadorian Cuisine, so of course we can’t wait to join forces with Alejandra and give you all a dinner to remember! 🎉 On the 14th, we’re keeping it casual with Guaguasas (Equadorian style pizzas) and beer. And on the 15th, we’re doing a full tasting menu with a wine pairing 🥂 MENU: Crudo with golden berry Corn Tamal with neapia sauce and trout roe Spiced pork/beef tongue with potato pattie and roasted cabbage salad Arroz con Leche icecream from yoghurt and morocho, served with citric fruit sauce and crunchy quinoa and amaranth Ticket sales for the 15th will open in the next few days – we’ll keep you posted!
