brown butter white chocolate cookies 🤍 recipe below: * 3/4 cups unsalted butter, browned and cooled * 1 cup light brown sugar * 1/3 cup white granulated sugar * 2 large eggs * 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla bean paste * 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour * 1/2 tsp baking soda * 1/2 tsp baking powder * 1/4 tsp salt Add ins * 2- Ghirardelli white chocolate barks, chopped Bake Temperature: 350F Bake Time: 12 minutes Yields: over 16 cookies 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Brown your butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Keep a close eye on the butter. Once it starts to have a nutty aroma and appears to be brown, take off heat. Let cool for 8-10 minutes. 3. Mix your flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl and set aside. 4. Once cooled, pour brown butter into a bowl. 5. Add your brown sugar and white sugar. 6. Cream butter and sugars together for 1-3 minutes. 7. Add your eggs and vanilla bean paste. Mix. 8. Now add in your dry ingredients. You can sift in the flour or just pour it right in. 9. Combine your wet and dry ingredients. 10. Take your white chocolate bars and chop them up. 11. Pour into cookie dough. 12. Fold white chocolate into cookie dough. 13. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 14. Scoop or roll cookie dough balls and place on baking sheets. 15. Bake at 350F for 12 minutes. 16.
