Fun Game Day or Return-to-School Snack: MEATBALL CUPCAKES! #ad With just a few ingredients from my local Big Y, I made these delicious Meatball Cupcakes that are perfect for Game Day, or as a return-to-school snack after the holidays. The key for any busy parent is to make it simple, so I started with Pillsbury Crescent Dough (and bonus, it’s part of the @BoxTops program which is the easiest way to earn cash for my kids’ schools!) and followed these easy instructions: • Pre heat oven to 375F. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. • Roll out Pillsbury Crescent dough and cut into rectangles. • Press the dough into the muffin tin to make individual cups. • Add a spoonful of tomato sauce in each cup • Place a meatball (I use frozen!) on top • Top with more tomato sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese • Bake at 375F for 15 minutes and ENJOY!
