C'est sans aucun doute la bûche dont on est le plus fier depuis notre ouverture tant elle met à l'honneur les parfums et l'esthétique qu'on chérit tant. Une coque craquante en chocolat @valrhonafrance recouverte de petits bâtards enferme une mousse à la praline, un biscuit noisette, un croustillant praliné noisette et bien évidemment un cœur caramel coulant. And it is with great joy that we announce that our caramel-praline bûche will be available tomorrow for pre-order via our click and collect. It is without a doubt the bûche that we are the most proud of since our opening as it honors the flavors and aesthetics that we cherish so much. A crunchy @valrhonafrance chocolate shell covered with small bastards encloses a praline mousse, a hazelnut biscuit, a hazelnut praline crunch and of course a flowing caramel heart. As you can see, the holidays will be bastard.
