Hey Y’all! Unfortunately after last few weeks of fostering Sally we haven’t figured out if someone lost him or not. He had no chip and no tag on him. He’s the sweetest guy ever and we think it’s time to find him his forever home. If you’re in the Philadelphia area and want to meet him please let me know! He’s a really fast learner and so kind. He loves to play and go on walks but he also sleeps like a rock and loves to snuggle.
