Did a silly ceremony and got a silly art degree! 🎓 And I did NOT pay for graduation costs, if you're on a low income I'd urge you to contact your uni's graduation team and let them know that you can't afford astronomical ceremony costs and they will get it subsidised for you!!! Would've set me back nearly £200 just to attend my graduation, rent the gown, have 2 guests and a photo.......... not on your nelly mate. Especially not after missing half my degree due to strikes and lockdown uni closure. I'm not bitter though, that's all behind me and thank god :) just want to spread the word so everyone can demand free access to a graduation as it's the actual bare minimum
