The Hype for 2023 Civic Type R is real! Not going to lie, I really dig it and would love to own one. However, I don't have CTR money plus that dealer markup ha! So I'll just keep playing with my 30 year old Civics ha. Here's a better look at the front lip / air dam setup! The lip is just a generic cheap ebay part but actually looks decent and fits well. The splitter blade overhang was then trimed flush with the lip. Used some left over garden edging from an older air dam setup and found out the height was actually perfect, so no extra plastic needed to extend the height. The only issue is the garden edging isn't long enough to cover the whole width so I needed multiple peices. Love the outcome, its clean! Makes it look like a one piece lip and low despite them being independent and not even hard mounted together. Fitment is spot on. Of course its not totally accurate to the real JTCC cars but this car was never meant to be a replica. However, I do think it captures the JTCC vibe and most importantly, it's functional since it's a huge undertray.
