Today, we hand delivered product formulas to Newark airport to meet a deadline. I canceled all my meetings and drove around for 7 hours but it was worth it because we can say we did everything we could when it didn’t seem possible. It reminded me of 2015 when we were packing and shipping boxes ourselves every single day and were so happy and grateful to do so, because it meant we had customers - and that meant the world to us. And we tried to make the most of our time, enjoying the fall foliage, brainstorming fresh ideas for @glowrecipe with @christine_glow in the car, meeting the amazing people who fill our formulas, and working alongside my wonderful team who met us at the airport to tape labels on the boxes together and get the shipment in flight on time. We also managed to host our Double Serum masterclass with @elyselovemd (if you don’t already, follow her. I’m learning so much from her all the time!) while we were in the car (safety first, of course)!
