Oops yet again I've been neglecting this account... 😅 just a friendly reminder that I am in fact still here. As per usual I'm hanging out on brand account @kaijedcreative where I'm a busy lad most of the time. But, I just wanted to share this absolutely euphoric moment, I've been climbing once a week for a few months now, I used to go a lot back in 2018/2019, but I had a couple of years break due to top surgery, followed by covid.. it's the one time and place where my head feels totally clear of anxious thoughts, I'm totally focused on completing a route and pushing myself to the next level. My friend and I take photos and videos of each other and this was the first time I've ever seen my back muscles properly since I've started regular exercise, plus my muscle mass has started to increase since the switch to Nebido! 💪 I couldn't believe this was my body I was looking at, I had no idea I could look so strong.
