Feels good to be back on the bike more now and to be building the fitness/intensity back up, a few weeks post-COVID. I've ridden outside more in this past week (I count six times) than I have for ages and it's going much better than I expected which is pretty great! ⁠ ⁠ It's been a mix of solo and group rides - I didn't think I'd enjoy the solo stuff as much but actually it's been great to do my own thing.
