The first college graduate in my family.
The first alumna. The first daughter, granddaughter, and niece to do it. All at the age of 21, 4 years of struggle, growth, and quiet triumphs. It wasn’t easy but I never gave up. This degree carries the weight of every sacrifice, every prayer, every late night. I did it for me and for everyone who came before me. I’m finally done.
