Hello, my name is Malte. I am the founder and CEO of ease. My daily business is a bunch of annoying stuff you have to do as a managing director and fascinating creative work in my position as a creative director. I was asked earlier this year to select five items for this post. Now that I see the items, I wonder how posh I've become over the past few years. Picking five (five!) songs was also hell! I also like playing chess, swimming helps me switch off, visual art touches me the most (even more than music), and in melancholic phases I work on a book that will never be published.
