So far the women I’ve been speaking with all have these in common:

Wanting -> a fitness/health comeback or level-up
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Missing -> knowledge on how to bring strength-building into fitness routine (too much cardio), motivation/mindset, time-saving routine, a simple + straightforward plan to tone muscle / build strength without gaining excess fat, etc.

To achieve -> self-confidence, look good naked/in a bikini, make her ex jealous (kidding lol... but not really 😏), feel comfortable in her skin while actively loving her body, authentically attract a desirable new romantic partner etc.
