Guess I just keep this page for occasional shirtless pictures 😂 anyway, let's count this as a transition update! So the bottom photo is from 2020 (sorry to mention that year 🙃) I was 6 months or so post op, and wanted to get into regular exercise, needless to say it didn't really happen. I do struggle with consistency. Fast forward to 2022 and I'm in the best shape I've ever been, I climb once a week almost without fail, I do pole fitness a couple of times a month and I'm hopefully going to start the gym once I've got a bit more time. I'm now 3 years on T and it's definitely helped in terms of muscle building and fat redistribution too!
