a day skiing in Chile💙 7:45/8 - wake up 8:15-9:15 - breakfast 9:30-12:15 - ski 12:30 - 2 - lunch 2 - 2:30 - tea/coffee/break 2:30 - 4:30 - ski 5-6pm - tea time 6-7pm - hot tub or gym 7:30 - 9 - dinner 9:30 - 10:30 - games or go to bed (depending on how tired we are) 10:30 bed time to do it all over again in the morning! This trip could not have come at a better time — dealing with the news about my stress fracture & taking a break from running, I really needed some time with my family. There’s truly nothing better than quality time with your loved ones, in such a special place. & being able to celebrate some big moments (my little sister getting engaged!!!!). I was able to be so present and surrounded by so much love all week long — limited cell service, no TVs, and lots of time to just be! The week was full of lots of eating (4+ meals a day lol), laughs, time outside, battling with the elevation, and some high competition around UNO lol. I left with such a full heart (and stomach)!!! Now time to get some rest, recoup, unpack, and then repack for our next adventure in a few days 👀 Xx Soph ❤️
