What's unique is this formula actually contains a powder so this soft matte finish sets itself. I love the applicator and although this foundation sets you still have lots of time to work with it. First impressions: lightweight, buildable, blurring, matte finish, long lasting, never gets greasy, and doesn't budge in any kind of weather.
