Make Blueberry Muffin Cupcakes w/ me 🫐🧁🤤 Remade this recipe at least a dozen times & still not over it. :::Ingredients::: 🫐•Cupcakes: 1/2 cup unsalted butter 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup buttermilk 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 🫐•Frosting: 8 oz cream cheese (room temp) 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temp) 4 cups powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract :::How to Make::: •Mix sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt in one bowl •Mix browned butter, sugar & butter in another •Wisk in egg & vanilla extract until smooth •Add dry ingredients & stir until well combined •Fold in blueberries & fill muffin pans 3/4 full •Bake at 400F for 15-18 mins •Let Cool on Rack For Frosting. Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup of powdered sugar at a time. Add vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
