Life can be unpredictable. Just as soon as you think you can sneak through this year of traveling unscathed, the universe sits you back down and says..."That's not going to make for a very exciting story to tell your grandchildren." I have COVID for the first time. It's finally figured it shit out and knows how to infect the cockroaches out there. If you think you are immune, you're not. It's coming back around so be diligent. I had gotten my bivalent booster 2 1⁄2 weeks prior so I was feeling pretty cocky. But I will say this... Vaccines work! I am sitting here in the Catskills with a little bit of sniffles. It's like allergies but not as bad 😂 I think...HOW have we gotten to this place?! I was running and worried about this monster that was terrifying, that I saw kill hundreds and thousands of people, and now I am staring at it in the face and it turns out it's just a kitten. That's because of vaccines...get them, they work, you won't regret it. Now, when will I go back to work? I should be back in the show in Worcester...just in time before we head to Canada! Until then, I'm going to just sit here with my toilet paper roll and watch the leaves change colors 🍁
