Choose 30-60 minutes of your time at some stage this week and do this workout
All you need is some motivation and a set of dumbbells or if you don’t have access to some just grab a couple bottles of water or something with a bit of weight
Weighted HIIT in my opinion is the best form of training because you are getting a bit of everything all at once ticking all the boxes 🔥💪🏻
Perform it in a pyramid format with reps
ROUND ONE: 15 reps (each side if single leg or arm)
ROUND TWO: 10 reps
ROUND THREE: 5 reps
60 seconds rest
Work your way back up starting with 5 reps then 10 reps finishing with the 15 reps
See how mentally tough you are and challenge yourself to as many sets as you possibly can with one set consisting of all six rounds
