Easy Baked Powdered Sugar Donuts 🤍 Recipe below: * 2 cups all purpose flour * 2 tsp baking powder * 1/4 tsp cinnamon * 1/2 tsp salt * 1/2 cup white granulated sugar * 2 large eggs, at room temperature * 1/3 cup vegetable oil * 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract * 2/3 cup milk * 1/2 cup powdered sugar, for coating * Spray oil or dip in butter if you want it to be really coated or if you are having a hard time sticking powdered sugar to donut. Bake Temperature: 350F Bake Time: 10-11 minutes Pan: 2-6 cavity donut pans Yields: 12 donuts 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. To a bowl mix your dry ingredients together by adding flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside. 3. To another bowl mix your wet ingredients together. Add your oil, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined. 4. Now add your dry mixture into your wet ingredients and mix until combined to form your donut batter. 5. Spray your two 6 cavity donut pans with nonstick baking spray. 6. To fill donut cavities, I used a piping bag. You can also use a ziplock bag as well just to ensure batter is added evenly into each cavity. 7. Fill donut cavities. 8. Bake at 350F for 10-11 minutes. 9. While donuts are baking prep your butter (optional) and powdered sugar for tossing. 10. Once done baking, place on a wired rack. Let cool for about 1-2 minutes before tossing. 11. Toss in butter then coat GENEROUSLY with powdered sugar. I placed my powdered sugar in a ziplock bag or plate so more donuts could be tossed at once and evenly be coated. 12.
