Jesus Herrera and Gabriel Brandon-Hanson reclaim, repair and remake traditional Mexican costume, creating unique pieces deeply rooted in a love of heritage, humility, and craft. The designers have also abandoned the frameworks of the fashion industry through their own label, #LesJesus, rejecting the demands of seasons, collections, and mass production. Their free-flowing approach to their brand, with Jesus often acting as model and muse, takes place from their home in rural Mexico. Jesus and Gabriel made a similar commit to evolution, to shift and flow in their personal lives, and are now at a turning point in their relationships with each other, with gender, and with the world.
