Easy to get into, & easy to do anywhere, this is one of my favorite stretches to alleviate shoulder tension & biceps tendon pressure. šŖš¾
Having torn the long head of my biceps (R) in 2014, this stretch was a major part of my PT & recovery journey. I stick by it to this day. šÆ
