try these 8 minutes of total core isolation & don’t come after me when it hurts to bend over! my obliques were torn up in the best way during this one bahah flow through each move for 50 seconds each and take 5 seconds of rest to switch 1. Lifted clamshells on left side 2. High side plank crunches on left side 3. Supported single leg extended circles on right side 4. Supported single leg extended circles on left side 5.
