Pairing with @justintoart (off image, to the right) #TatsuoIkeda and #TishanHsu that brilliantly fostered a contemplative contrasting states, reaching balance. 4) Many congrats to @cocodolle opening @andrew_erdos & @johndruescottworrell at @11newelgallery -- wonderful interplay of material and narrative 5) Another delicate painting by @yachinlearnstoart that makes me question reality. The stillness and breathlessness achieved is both playful and stiffling--in other words, I feel. On view in "Vanitas" at @nathaliekarggallery 6) In a similar vein, the sarced "altars" lift and moved me at @amybrener solo exhibition at @jackbarrettgallery 7) @entrance.nyc shows off the work of Brooklyn artist @anotherhannahlee in her solo show featuring unsettling theater-set view interiors and scenes 8) @cucumber_and_shrimp offers visitors both reprieve and excitment with her excellent programming at @latitudegallery_newyork Celebrating the New Year with a bang while all too aware of our melancholic times, through the still-lives by @lixingart 9) Closing out with @theyesmen documentations exhibition at @carriagetrade277 with @alexandersi -- we laughed, we thought, we were changed. #happynewyear #lunarnewyear #galleryhopping #seeingart #contemporaryart #artexhibition #artcurator #artcuratorseeingart #lifechanges
