✍🏽 With pen & paper, write down the prompt:
“How would I describe my best self?” 🤔
⏰ Set a timer for 5 minutes, & write down every “I am _______.” statement that comes to mind.
When the timer ends, read what you’ve written, & carry that energy with you throughout the day. ⚡️
💭 Do this consistently enough, & you’ll condition your thoughts, your mind, & your self to embody the traits of your best self.
