#howtomake One Pot Chicken Pulao 🍗 This quick pulao recipe is perfect for the lazy days 🥱 and super delicious 🤤 Save this post for the recipe 👇🏻 INGREDIENTS - 1 Baby Chicken (Curry Cut) - 1/3 cup Oil - Whole spices (Cumin seeds, Bay leaf, Black cardamom, Black peppercorns, Cloves) - 1 Onion (sliced) - 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste - 2 Tomatoes (chopped) - 2 tbsp Yoghurt - 2 tsp Salt or to taste - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Cumin powder - 1 tsp Fennel powder - 1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder - 1/4 tsp Mace powder - 2 Green chillies - 3 cups Warm water - 2 - 2.5 cups Rice (already soaked for 30 mins) METHOD - In a wok, sauté whole spices and onions until golden brown. Then add chicken and ginger garlic paste and cook on high flame for 15 mins until the color changes. - Add tomatoes, spices and yoghurt and cook for another 10 mins until the oil start separating. - Add warm water enough to cover the chicken and cover and cook for 20 mins on medium flame. ( This will tenderise the chicken) - Now add the already soaked rice and salt and cook on high flame until the water evaporates about 80%. - Then cover and steam cook for 10-12 mins on low flame until done.
