Over the last many years, I’ve invested time into understanding my body in relationship to the earth, and vise versa. What I’ve affirmed is that they are both one in the same, part of a unified ecosystem, and that to love one, I must also love the other. . . For me, my yogic practice is an extension of that love. It allows me to show up more patiently, compassionately, focused & determined in all of the many hats I wear, including as an earth warrior & water protector. . . So, there’s nothing I love more than infusing my practice with a little earth medicine. 🌿 These knees ain’t 18 anymore! Normally, this is a private practice for me. But as so much is changing so quickly in the landscape of NYS cannabis legality/ legislation/ reparations/ opportunities, I believe it’s important to practice what I preach - out loud.
