A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to partner @deependfitness with @defensestrategiesgroup in a tactical water survival course in the pool and ocean. We had over 20 participants join and trained in basic water skills in the pool to advanced open water skills with surf passages into a night over the beach insert.
