#Repost @elfilly125 with @use.repost ・・・ We visited @prehabsandiego yesterday. I was put in a nasty calf slicer and wanted to make sure nothing was out of place. Prehab San Diego ran some test on me and informed me everything looks good. They did however notice some weaknesses and unbalances. So they made a program for me to follow to make the proper gains.
