Julio recommended I either ordered the pan con chicharron or the lomo saltado, and if y'all should know anything about me, it's that I love juicy, tender, and crispy pieces of pork. So I went for the Pan Con Chicharron with an egg and a side of yucca fries. Pro tip: They have an awesome happy hour and a brunch menu with bottomless mimosas! WHAT I ORDERED: Blue Corn Drink.
