Cantina Alta Mora, Sicilia. Built according to the canons of hypogeal architecture and integrated into the uncontaminated natural surrounding area, The Alta Mora winery is a place that literally springs from the earth, built with natural local materials such as lava and coccio pesto. 5. Cantina della Tenuta Ammiraglia, Tuscany.
