BBQ CHICKEN: -chicken breasts cut into strips -bbq sauce (my fav is sweet baby rays) -plain panko -garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper Cook in 425 degree oven for 18ish minutes (depends on size of chicken!). I like to then broil it for a minute or two to get it extra crunchy on top.
