This is why I like to test 2 different products sometimes on color corrections. ❓And here are some answers to your questions ⬇️ ✨Yes, it’s worth the time to strand test for both parties ✨I normally book strandtests between clients so it doesn’t interfere with my other appointments ✨This helps estimate the price and length of time for service needed ✨ It also allows both parties a realistic expectation ✨ I never cut the hair out to do a strand test because if you’ve been following me I’ve done thousands of them and anytime you cut it off you’re not gonna get the same results and the clients not going to experience the same feel. What I mean by that is that it hits different when the clients sits for 30-45 minutes to see what their hair looks like attached to their scalp. ✨ I personally do charge for the strand test, but if you’re building up a clientele or if you are experimenting with color corrections, some may not.
