Meet Brian — he is one of the Sales Managers who keeps our Drop Off world spinning, AND is greatly responsible for our online ordering platform(s). He’s an integral part of Heirloom’s past, present, and future. Working with Brian is a gift, every day. He is classy, calm, focused, and confident. He has the ability to make his clients feel taken care of, and takes care of his team at the same time. It feels as though Brian is so very true to his person, and it inspires us all to try and do the same. Brian is a presence in the office, whether he knows it or not. Sometimes he *requires* we listen to pop music, and often he walks into the office wearing shiny gold Air Force 1’s (as pictured here). He feels like an off-the-clock supermodel. We are all so grateful to be in Brian’s orbit, day after day, being gently taught his ways of patience.
