This design helps mounting lens motors on larger lenses easy. It’s also nice to take this right off of the gimbal and use it as a handheld run n gun rig. The perimeter of the keystone has plenty of mounting and rigging options. If you are shooting vertical 9:16 video then this cage also makes that super simple too. Way better than a simple L bracket.
