Some of us are bound by our past. Our regrets, trauma, mistakes, etc. Although we may still think about those things, we do ourselves a disservice if we focus more on the past than our future. We have to make the choice to look & MOVE forward. Why? Because we will never fulfill our purpose if our head (and hearts) are stuck in the past. The future holds so much for us... all we have to do is choose to take small steps forward. 🤞🏽
