Celebrating Joni Mitchell’s Berklee Honorary Doctorate, hosted by Berklee’s office of the President @berkleepresidentericamuhl and The Institute of Jazz and Gender Justice. The magic permeating last night’s inspiring event, is a result of the vision, commitment, and the never give up spirit of Terri Lyne Carrington, the founder and Artistic Director of the Berklee Institute of Jazz and Gender Justice. In the spirit of fearlessness there were performances from Esperanza Spalding, Terri Lyne Carrington, Dianne Reeves, säje, and the very talented students from the BIJGJ; Devon Gates, Julian Miltenberger, Milena Cascado & Nika Ko.
