TURMERIC SPICED PORRIDGE 💛
Create a dry ‘Golden Milk Mix”:
4 tbsp ground turmeric
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp ground pepper
You can add other spices. Mix together and store in an airtight container. Create warm immunity-boosting, anti-inflammatory drinks by mixing with milk of choice or hot water.
Porridge:
Cook your porridge as you prefer and when cooked add 1 heaped teaspoon of the golden mix. Stir in.
Mix in a pinch or salt, tsp of ghee or butter, some honey or syrup.
Serve with fruit and nuts of choice 💫
