Yesterday would have been Tom’s 72nd birthday. Colt sent this song to me a few weeks before our wedding. We were both so excited to get married and remember those last few weeks before the ceremony as being SO LONG because we just wanted to start our lives together. It was special to see our kids play this one with Colt all these years later. So many of Tom Petty’s songs have marked moments in our life like this one. He was just the best.
