I smashed my 10k PB today, like, I was flying! My first thought was, ‘how the hell did I do that?!’ But I know how...hard work, consistency, the BEST running friends and @kellyrcoaching 💪🏼 ...not even the Vapors 😉 Now I’m really looking forward to the next race!!! 🎉 #winterrun
