You’ll be glad you did 🤍😘 #recipe details Ingredients: -2 slices seven grain bread -1 beaten egg -1/4 cup almond milk -1 tbsp pumpkin purée -1/4 tsp pumpkin spice -2 tbsp @spreadthelove chocolate hazelnut dessert butter -maple syrup (for serving) Method: Cut your bread into large cubes. Whisk together your egg, milk, pumpkin, and pumpkin spice. Spread one side of a bread cube with your chocolate hazelnut dessert butter, then sandwich it with another cube. Repeat until you have used up all the bread cubes. Dip the mini sandwiches in the egg mixture, then transfer to a skillet (sprayed with nonstick spray over medium heat). Cook for 3-4 minutes on the first side, then flip and cook for 3 more minutes until crispy and golden.
