But that’s not all—this novel yeast lives up to its name in spades by also producing tropical-tasting thiols that accentuate the vibrant tropical fruit flavors already present in our New Zealand hop profile (Motueka, Moutere, Rakau, and Waimea.) Last but not least, all these pleasant citrus notes are simultaneously balanced and complemented by the addition of flaked corn and rice, allowing for a smoother mouthfeel, lighter body, and an overall more crushable brew.
