Had to step my game up for this handstand challenge. 💯 *see what i did there?* 🥲 The strength, balance, & control this took had me shook (especially that first 12” step & the turn around on a wobbly surface). 🥴 Keep your training fun, & challenge your fitness with lil obstacle courses.
