Bat Speed: Averages ➡️ Understanding where your bat speed is as a baseball player is very important. ➡️ We are currently using @blast_bsbl with two of our players to gain a better understanding how they move in the batters box and their volume of swings per day. ➡️ Lastly along with communicating with player’s hitting coaches we can contribute to assessing any low hanging fruit from the information we gather from bat speed numbers and apply to in gym programming.
