Eggless smash cake to resemble a #dohl #goim tower...Looks simple but taking out the eggs really made the cake super flaky, crumbly, and not sturdy enough for this design. Had to learn it the hard way (oh just at midnight before the event) but for the eggless recipe, instead of replacing the eggs with applesauce or vinegar/baking soda, using the GF @bobsredmill egg replacer was best (not sponsored).
