Tips to building your SHOULDERS! Episode 1

Building deltoids is one if my favorite past times 😋 and for me, they are a stubborn muscle group! But after years of dedication, we are finally seeing some progress 😋 One thing I wish I knew sooner is that doing multiple sets of Lateral Raises with different variations would really make them POP! One of my favorite variations is DB Lateral Raise Drop Sets.
