Perfect for fighting off those Winter woes, this delicious immunity-boosting Elderberry Boosted Smoothie is a berry-filled treat for the whole family.
Ingredients:
2 medium DOLEĀ® Oranges
2 cups hulled and quartered DOLEĀ® Strawberries, frozen
11ā2 cups unsweetened cashew milk
1ā2 cup raw cashews
1ā4 cup elderberry syrup
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
Directions:
Slice off the ends of oranges; place cut sides down on a cutting board, slice down the sides of oranges to remove skin and white pith with a paring knife. Gently cut along the sides of orange membranes to release each segment.
PureĢe orange segments, strawberries, milk, cashews, syrup, and flaxseeds in a blender on high until smooth. Makes about 5 cups. Enjoy!
