wash me over// an original by me deprived looking for something that will make me feel alive i’ve tried but my own blood is quickly running dry i need Yours crimson love, from Jesus’ veins it pours i need Yours wash me over, until i’m transformed my Lord the blood Jesus shed on the cross washes over us and makes us new. it brings life in full. it heals. it awakens all that was once dead. His blood saves. He shed His blood so that we could not only have life with Him in eternity, but life with Him here and now. He shed His blood because He thought us worth the price. thank You, sweet Jesus.
